Leveraging SQL Server 2012 Features and Tools

SQL Server 2012 offers a number of new features that improve high availability, security, performance analysis, and scalability that can be immediately leveraged for an immediate return on investment associated with upgrading. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You may substitute a delegate at any time prior to the event starting, by amending the registration details online. Any special requirements, including changes in dietary requirements notified less than 7 days before the event will be accommodated at the venue's discretion. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It will help the Registration process if you would print out your ticket and bring it with you. Thank you for your help in this matter.

What is the refund policy?

You may cancel a registration  up to 30 days before the event start date with an administration fee of 5% of the cost. For registrations cancelled less than 30 days, and more than 7 days before the event the administration fee is 20% of the cost. For registrations cancelled 7 days or less before the event we offer no refund.

Where possible refunds will be made to the original payment card. In some cases refunds may be paid by cheque in pounds sterling. Refunds will be made after the event, using the billing details provided with the initial payment. No alternative details will be used.

Event Cancellation

If any circumstances or events beyond Copper Blue Consulting Ltd's control causes the event to be cancelled, Copper Blue Consulting Ltd will refund the portion of the fee paid that is reimbursed by its insurance or other 3rd parties.

Copper Blue Consulting Ltd is not liable for any other costs or liability incurred as a result of the cancellation.
